v A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is required to book the wedding date. Upon choosing a package, one-third of the package price less the $500.00 deposit is due.
v The full balance of the contract is due no later than two weeks prior to the wedding date.
v All purchases, including package prices, are subject to a 9% sales tax.
v Prices are subject to change without notice.
v Enlargements and reprints are priced separately. The prices for these enlargements and prints will remain the same for six months after the wedding date. After that time, additional enlargements and prints will be subject to the rates at the time of the request.
v A consultation with the photographer prior to the wedding is included in each package.
v Shipping fees will be charged, if applicable.
v Delivery time for wedding proofs is approximately six to eight weeks post-wedding date. This time may be longer during peak wedding or holiday seasons.
v Any wedding smaller than the Simply Elegant package cannot be booked more than ninety days in advance.
v Should the wedding and/or reception take place more than 150 miles from Baton Rouge, travel costs will be decided at the time of contract.
